The property consists of 84 grams of cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business, 137 units of various THC vape products, unlicensed cannabis business, 67 units of various THC edibles, unlicensed cannabis business, 32 units of various OCP, unlicensed cannabis business, and 57 units of commercial packaging, bags, universal cannabis symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 3, 2024, at 1:05 p.m. from Baba Smoke N Vape LLC, DBA: Baba Smoke N Vape, located at 6035 Greenback Ln., Citrus Heights, CA 95621.
