The property consists of 915 units of flavor ban tobacco products and 597 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers, 76 units of cannabis products from unlicensed cannabis business and 92 units of cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on March 19, 2025, at 7:45 p.m. from Blue Cloud Smoke Shop and More, DBA: Blue Cloud Smoke Shop and More, located at 308 W. Lacey Blvd., Hanford, CA 93230.
