The property consists of 24,160 units of cannabis flower, untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products, 16,077 units of various, untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products, and 438 items of various tobacco products, untaxed. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on November 20, 2022, at 1:00 a.m. from Blue Moon Hookah Inc., DBA: Blue Moon Hookah Inc., located at 1053 S. Hill St., Los Angeles, CA 90015.
