The property consists of: 5,409 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 3,433 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 2,818 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 5 cartons and 4 packs of cigarettes affixed with counterfeit stamp, non-MSA; 129 packs of unstamped U.S. tax exempt, flavor ban cigarettes; 15 packs of non-MSA ,affixed with counterfeit stamp, flavor ban cigarettes; 113 packs of unstamped flavor ban cigarettes; 43 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 30 packs of non-MSA flavor ban cigarettes; 17 grams of cannabis flower and 300 units cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 74 units of cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436, 30474.1, and 34016 on May 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. from Bobo Smoke Shop Inc, DBA: Bobo Smoke Shop, located at 901 N Western Ave #4, Los Angeles, CA 90029-3281.
