The property consists of 86 packs of unstamped, Arizona stamped cigarettes; 20 packs of unstamped, non-MSA cigarettes; 3 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, Arizona stamped cigarettes; 77 packs of unstamped, Arizona stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 1,126 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 124 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 on June 18, 2025, at 11:22 AM from Broadway Liquor, Inc., DBA: Broadway Liquor, located at 151 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
