The property consists of 59 grams of cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business and 6 units of various cannabis disposable devices, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on July 25, 2024, at 11:45 a.m. from Justin M. Martinez, DBA: Cali Botanicals Kratom, located at 25004 Blue Ravine Rd., Ste. 117, Folsom, CA 95630.
