The property consists of 36,622 grams and 1,286 units cannabis or cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on September 12, 2024, at 8:50 p.m. from Abel Franco Ibarra and Elvis Ibarra, DBA: Central Herbs, located at 7900 S. Central Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90001-3318.
