The property consists of one carton of Marlboro brand, duty-free/unstamped cigarettes; 24 packs of various brands unstamped/out-of-state stamped cigarettes; eight packs of This brand cigarettes, non-MSA ; 36 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 446 units of various nicotine vape devices, untaxed tobacco products; and six units of nicotine e-juice various brands, untaxed tobacco products; 77 grams of various cannabis flower and 442 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 453 units of commercial packaging bags and 12 units of commercial packaging boxes, cannabis universal symbol violation; This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 on October 30, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. from Two Leafs LLC, DBA: Citrus Heights Smoke Shop, located at 6201 Greenback Ln., Suite 2, Citrus Heights, CA 95621-6158.
