The property consists of 14 packs of unstamped/U.S. Tax Exempt/flavor ban cigarettes; 7 packs of unstamped/flavor ban cigarettes; 15 packs of unstamped/stamp damaged cigarettes; 145 units of untaxed/flavor ban tobacco products; 458 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 681 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers, 4 grams of cannabis flower and 47 units of cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 212 units of commercial packaging, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 16, 2025, at 12:19 p.m. from Alawdi.K LLC, DBA: Cloud 9 Discount; located at 329 Chester Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93301-5413.
