TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: 106 cartons and six packs of U.S. Tax Exempt and unstamped cigarettes; 18 bags of unstamped cigarettes; 22 units of various cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business; 84 units of cannabis universal symbol violations. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on December 4, 2024, at 11:05 a.m. from DFFM, Inc., DBA: DM General Store, located at 1435 N. Waterman Ave., Ste DC, San Bernardino, CA 92404-5388.
