The property consists of 539 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 82 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 14 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 99 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on June 19, 2025, at 4:20 p.m. from Express Fuel Center Inc., DBA: Express Shell, located at 16697 Arrow Blvd., Fontana, CA 92335.
