The property consists of 376 units of nicotine vape, Ignite brand, devices, untaxed tobacco products; and 29,588 units of flavored nicotine vape, Ignite brand, devices, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on February 20, 2025, at 3:42 p.m. from Steven Tabacchiera, DBA: Fulfillmate LLC, located at 5275 Market St, Bldg. A, San Diego, CA 92114-2215.
