The property consists of 2,060 units of various untaxed other tobacco products, 489 units of various brands nicotine vape devices, untaxed tobacco products, 88 packs various brand of out-of-state (GA & MO) stamped cigarettes, 801 packs of California stamped various brand cigarettes, unlicensed retailer. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 on January 16, 2025, at 12:07 p.m. from Alruqami Investments Inc, DBA: High Gift, located at 3405 High St., Oakland, CA 94619-1819.
