TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of 1,028 grams of various unlicensed cannabis flower and 785 units of cannabis or cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; 125 units of untaxed other tobacco products; 2,053 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products, and 466 units of various nicotine flavor ban vape products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 7, 2025, at 11:25 a.m. from Nutsoul, Inc, DBA: ICLR at 1284 S. Magnolia Ave., Anaheim, CA 92804-51164.
