The property consists of: 1 pack unstamped cigarettes; 8 packs unstamped, non-MSA, Duty Free cigarettes; 13 packs unstamped and Duty Free cigarettes; 2 packs unstamped and U.S. Tax Exempt cigarettes; 7 packs unstamped and Illinois stamp cigarettes; 17 units untaxed tobacco products; 1,324 units cannabis universal symbol violations; 215 units cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on December 4, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. from Jamal Ishaa Thomas, DBA: JS Hobbies Shop, located at 999 N. Waterman Ave., Spc. B-18, San Bernardino, CA 92410.
