The property consists of 21 packs of various Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped, Missouri stamped, flavor ban cigarettes, 41 packs of various brand cigarettes, unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes, 10 packs of Camel Crush Menthol brand cigarettes, unstamped, New York stamped, flavor ban cigarettes,13 units of Nicotine Vape, various brands, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, 86 units of Nicotine Vape, various brands, flavor ban tobacco products, one unit of Other Tabacco Product, various brand, flavor ban tobacco products, five units of THC Vape, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business, 25 units of THC Edibles, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business, seven units of Other Cannabis Products, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on February 24, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. from Smoke With Us 1 LLC, DBA: Kaleidoscope Tabacco & Cloth, located at 4561 N. Blackstone Ave., Fresno, CA 93726-1906.
