TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 155 units of flavor ban tobacco products, 838 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers, and 23 units of various cannabis or cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 6, 2025, at 12:26 p.m. from M & M Smoke Shop, LLC, DBA: M & M Smoke Shop, located at 7321 El Camino Real, Atascadero, CA 93422-4628.
