The property consists of 1 carton of non-MSA flavored ban cigarettes; 1,634 units of flavored ban tobacco, nicotine, and enhancers products; and 167 units of cannabis edibles at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on March 18, 2025, at 12:09 p.m. from Manhattan Beach Smoke Shop, Inc., DBA: Manhattan Beach Smoke Shop, located at 2205 Artesia Blvd., Unit. A, Redondo Beach, CA 90278-3111.
