The property consists of 180 cartons unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 420 cartons unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt, flavor ban cigarettes; 50 cartons unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt, non-MSA cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on April 30, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. from Marco Antonio Meave, DBA Marco Antonio Meave located at Interstate 5 North – Camp Pendleton, Las Pulgas Rd., CA 92055.
