The property consists of 72 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, US tax exempt / duty free, flavor ban cigarettes; 1,858 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 351 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 235 units of cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on March 12, 2025, at 12:59 p.m. from Marina Spirit Smoke Shop, Inc., DBA: Marina Spirit Smoke Shop, located at 3170 Vista Del Camino, Ste. D, Marina, CA 93933-2637.
