The property consists of 1,815 items of various branded other tobacco products and 512 items of various branded nicotine vape products, flavor ban products; 210 items of various branded enhancer products, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 on June 23, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. from MGE Oil #2 LLC, DBA: MGE Oil #2 LLC, located at 11405 Florence Ave., Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670-4354.
