The property consists of 8 packs non-MSA cigarettes, 101 units cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business, and 8 units commercial packaging with cannabis universal symbol violations. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 10, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. from F.H.M. Investments Corporation, DBA: Mission Smoke and Vape, located at 9853 Mission Blvd., Jurupa Valley, CA 92509.
