The property consists of 66 units of untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products; 23 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 79 packs of flavor ban cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on May 15, 2025, at 8:56 p.m. from H-B Liquor Inc., DBA: Neighborhood Liquor & Food Store, located at 17883 Foothill Blvd., Fontana, CA 92335.
