The property consists of 12 packs unstamped and flavor ban Camel brand cigarettes; 4 packs unstamped Newport brand cigarettes; 9 packs unstamped and out of state - Missouri Newport brand cigarettes; 1,355 units various brands flavor ban tobacco and nicotine vape products; 938 units various brands flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 521 units various brands cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 17, 2025, at 10:50 a.m. from Refka B. Guirguis, DBA: OJ Smoke Shop, located at 8847 Imperial Hwy. Ste. C1, Downey, CA 90242-3958.
