The property consists of 16 packs of non-MSA cigarettes; 9 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 1 pack of non-MSA and flavor ban cigarettes; 586 units of flavor ban tobacco products; and 3 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436, on June 24, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. from Mukesh Maneklal Patel, et al, DBA: Paddock Liquor, located at 11086 Limonite Ave., Jurupa Valley, CA 91752.
