This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation code section 34016 and 30436, Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on February 3, 2025, at 11:10 a.m. from Grigor Gurdoghluyan, DBA: Rosemead Smoke Shop, located 7250 Rosemead Blvd, San Gabriel, CA 91775-1316.
