The property consists of 12 packs of unstamped cigarettes, 8 packs of unstamped flavor ban cigarettes, 1,245 units of flavor ban tobacco products, and 1,327 units of flavor ban enhancers, 14 units of cannabis products from unlicensed cannabis business and 1,441 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on March 19, 2025, at 5:57 p.m. from Sala Mohamed M. Alkobudi, DBA: Sal's Tobacco and More #4, located at 110 N. 11th Ave., Hanford, CA 93230.
