The property consists of 100 units of various taxed flavor ban tobacco products; 17 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers; 18 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 237 units of various commercial packaging, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on March 19, 2025, at 6:12 p.m. from Ahmed Kassim, DBA: Sam's Smoke Shop, located at 11635 S. 10th Ave., Ste B, Hanford, CA 93230-6544.
