The property consisted of 899 grams of various cannabis flower and 9 units of cannabis edibles, unlicensed cannabis business, and 161 units of various commercial packaging, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to the Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on June 22, 2024, at 1:25 p.m. from Bros Shop Inc, DBA: Smoke Bros, located at 2203 Brundage Ln., Bakersfield, CA 93304-2703.
