The property consists of 2,354 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 546 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 16 packs of Marlboro brand unstamped, duty free, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 1 pack of Golden Deer brand non-MSA cigarettes; 9 packs of Montego brand flavor ban cigarettes; 110 units of cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 on March 12, 2025, at 2:40 p.m. from Protea Medeor Inc., DBA: Smoke Central, located at 14907 Vanowen St, Van Nuys, CA 91405-3739.
