The property consists of 266 units of various untaxed tobacco products; 121 units of various untaxed nicotine vape products; 76 units of various flavor ban tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 618 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 12 units of Wild Hemp brand smokes, unlicensed cannabis business; and 158 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on February 11, 2025, at 3:56 p.m. from Abdulraqeb Muthannaahmed Saeed, DBA: Smoke Locker, located at 1421 E. Harding Way, Stockton, CA 95205.
