The property consists of 3,968 units of nicotine vape, various brands, cartridges, for flavor ban tobacco products; 283 units of other tobacco products, cigarillos, various brands, various flavors, for flavor ban tobacco products; 168 units of other tobacco products, nicotine pouches, various brands, various flavors, for flavor ban tobacco products; 133 units of flavor enhancers, various brands, various flavors, for flavor ban flavor enhancers; 20 units of THC vape, various brands, device, unlicensed cannabis business; 31 units of cannabis edibles, various brands, gummy candy, unlicensed cannabis business; and 82 units of other cannabis products, various brands, pre-rolls, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code 34016, and Business Professions Code section 22974.2 on February 19, 2025, at 1:20 p.m. from M&K Consulting LLC, DBA: Smokeplug, located at 216 E Valley Blvd, San Gabriel, CA 91776-3521.
