The property consists of 113 units of various flavor ban other tobacco products, 120 units of various flavor ban nicotine vape products, 6,187 units of various flavor enhancers, and 132 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on March 19, 2025, at 11:36 a.m. from Rajwinder Kaur Padda, DBA: Smoker’s Choice located at 684 Mangrove Ave, Chico, CA 95926-3947.
