The property consists of two cartons of This brand cigarettes and nine packs of Golden Deer brand cigarettes, non-MSA; 546 units of commercial packaging, bags and boxes, cannabis universal symbol violation; and 14 units of various cannabis vape products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue Taxation Code section 30436 and 34016, on June 11, 2024, at 3:36 p.m. from Inder Smoke Shop Inc., DBA: Smokers Paradise, 2005 Hilltop Dr., Redding, CA 96002-0209.
