The property consists of 35 cartons and 24 packs of various brand cigarettes, unstamped; 7 cartons and 6 packs of various brand cigarettes, unstamped and tribal stamped; nine packs of Timeless Time brand cigarettes, non-MSA; 33 packs of Clipper brand cigars, untaxed tobacco; 44 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 360 units of commercial packaging bags, and five units of commercial packaging tins, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Profession Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on December 4, 2024, at 1:40 p.m. from Abdo Esmail Alghazali DBA: Smoke + Vape Paradise located at 1924 N Texas St., Fairfield CA 94533-3820.
