The property consists of 104 grams of cannabis flower and 125 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on September 5, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. from owner, Peter Samir Asfour, dba: Smokey Pete's Smoke Shop located at 727 San Benito St., Hollister, CA 95023-3916.
