The property consists of: 16 packs various cigarette brands for U.S. Tax Exempt/unstamped; 1 carton of Denim brand cigarettes for U.S. Tax Exempt/unstamped/non-MSA; 878 units of other tobacco products, cigarillos, various brands, various flavors for flavor ban tobacco products; 81 units of other tobacco products, nicotine pouches, various brands, various flavors, for flavor ban tobacco products; 1,104 units of nicotine vape, various brands, cartridges for flavor ban tobacco products, 347 units of flavor enhancers, various brands, various flavors for flavor ban tobacco products; 13 units of THC vape, various brands, device for unlicensed cannabis business; 181 units of cannabis edibles, various brands, gummy candy; 88 units of other cannabis products, various brands, pre rolls for unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on March 12, 2025, at 10:40 a.m. from Smokey Puff Shop Inc, DBA: Smokey Puff Shop located at 14851 Victory Blvd #D, Van Nuys, CA 91411-1558.
