The property consists of 241 units of flavor ban tobacco products, 38 units of various brand flavor ban vapes, 770 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers, flavor ban tobacco products. The property also consists of 60 grams of cannabis flower, 5 units of THC vapes, and 10 units of cannabis commercial packaging, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 12, 2025, at 11:12 a.m. from Saqr M. Alnumi, DBA: Smoke Zone; located at 4780 E Cesar Chavez Blvd, Fresno, CA 93702-3949.
