The property consists of 17 packs of Seneca brand menthol cigarettes, unstamped, 45 packs of Newport brand menthol cigarettes (various), unstamped, one pack of Camel crush non-menthol cigarettes, unstamped, 51 units of Backwoods brand cigars (5 each), untaxed tobacco products, 26 units of Viho brand nicotine vape (1 each), untaxed tobacco products, and 338 units of commercial packaging, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on October 30, 2024, at 6:46 p.m. from Adam N. Zamzami, DBA Smoke Zone #5, located at 4780 E. Kings Canyon Rd., Fresno, CA 93702.
