The property consists of 394 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 393 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 408 grams of cannabis flower and 251 units of cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on June 05, 2025, at 03:10 p.m. from Superior Smoke Shop #1, DBA: Superior Smoke Shop #1, located at 1865 E. Dakota Ave, Fresno, CA 93726.
