The property consists of 145 units of untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 553 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 556 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 31 units of cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on March 18, 2025, at 1:01 p.m. from Rajwinder Kaur Padda, DBA: Tobacco “N” Vapez located at 1355 Churn Creek Road Ste. C4, Redding, CA 96003-4095.
