The property consists of 83 units of various tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 692 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 33 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business and 85 units of commercial packaging bags/boxes, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Profession Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on March 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. from Mohammed Ahmed Ali Muthanna, DBA: Top Notch Smoke Shop located at 337 Nord Ave., Chico, CA 95926-4710.
