The property consists of 160 units of various tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products and 220 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products and flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on February 27, 2025, at 12:50 p.m. from Mohan Singh, DBA: Universal Smoke Shop, located at 29533 Auberry Rd., Ste 105, Prather, CA 93651-9719.
