TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of four units of untaxed other tobacco products, 225 units of untaxed nicotine vape, 87 units of other tobacco products, 15 units of nicotine vape, flavor ban tobacco products, and 201 units of flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. The property also consists of 25 units of THC cannabis vape, 19 units of cannabis edibles, and 54 units of other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. from Pinki Singh, DBA: UTK Mart, located at 32975 Road 222, # 3, North Fork, CA 93643-9562.
