The property consisted of 10 units of other cannabis products, pre-rolls, unlicensed cannabis business, and 588 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to the Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on July 22, 2024, at 3:20 p.m. from Anton K. Abujrese, DBA: Vape & Smoke, located at 1700 Brundage Ln., Ste. B, Bakersfield, CA 93304-2865.
