The property consists of 25 units of untaxed Show brand other tobacco products, 14 units of untaxed various brands nicotine vape, one unit of Backwoods brand other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, and 547 units of flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. The property also consists of 14 units of various brands other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. from Pinki Singh, DBA: Yosemite Mart, located at 40359 Highway 41, Ste. 1, Oakhurst, CA 93644-8567.
