The property consists of 121 units of various nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products, 13 packs of Marlboro brand menthol cigarettes, unstamped, Missouri stamps, flavor ban cigarettes, nine packs of This brand cigarettes, non-MSA, 307 units of various tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, and 50 units of OCB flavor cards, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436, on March 28, 2025, at 10:59 a.m. from Herndon & Riverside Corp, DBA: Zippy Mart, located at 6772 N. Riverside Dr, Fresno, CA 93722.
