The CDTFA’s Motor Carrier Office (MCO) will provide information on what to expect during an IFTA audit from the initial notification letter through exit conference. Discover what an auditor looks for, how they arrive at their final result, and your rights during an audit. Learn record retention requirements, how to keep proper distance and fuel records, as well as leased vehicle requirements. Lastly, we will introduce you to the new IFTA Records Review Program and provide you additional IFTA resources so you can avoid the most common errors. This webinar, conducted through Teams, should be viewed via a personal computer (PC) or laptop, not a phone or mobile device. After registering, you will be emailed a link to the Microsoft Teams webinar prior to the class.
