Emergency Regulation 1808, Tax Revenue Sharing Agreement Reporting and Publication
The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration has adopted emergency Regulation 1808, Tax Revenue Sharing Agreement Reporting and Publication. The emergency regulation clarifies the reporting and publication requirements imposed on local agencies and the Department, and the penalties that may be imposed on local agencies pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 7213.
