The property consists of 14 units Dark Hawk cannabis disposable device (1 gram) untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis products and 4 units Packwoods cannabis pre-roll (2.5 grams) untaxed / unsecured packaging of cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on October 7, 2021, at 2:10 pm from Khaled Mounif Elmoghrabi, dba: Cig Palm, located at 42106 Washington St., Ste. 1-D, Bermuda Dunes, CA, 92203.
